Refund policy
We know you will absolutely love your Oh Sew Cute & Trendy purchase. However, if you need to return please do so in a timely fashion. We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase date. After 7 days a store credit will be issued.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at ohsewcuteandtrendy@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on where to send your package. You will be responsible for shipping cost when initiating a return. We do not provide shipping return labels.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (items with prices ending in .99 are considered sale items) or gift cards.
Exchanges
You will be responsible for shipping cost when initiating a return. We do not provide shipping return labels. We will gladly exchange items that have no visible signs of wash or wear with original tags intact within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the return is received within the 7 day return window, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. If items are received after the 7 day return window you will receive Store Credit.
